All prices are subject to the individual needs of the client. Once a price is quoted and agreed upon by the client, a deposit of 20% is due prior to the beginning of logo development. In the unlikely event that Web Spinners Inc. is unable to create a logo that meets or exceeds the expectation of the client within a reasonable and predetermined amount of time, then the deposit will be refunded to the client within 10 working days. The deposit is not refundable in the event that Web Spinners Inc. begins the development process and meets all advertised requirements and the client terminates the agreement without good cause.
